Job Description
Here are the key activities that the team will be handling:
- Identity and access management
- Managing user’s endpoint in serviceable state
- Responding to user’s request as per defined SLA
- Procurement of IT assets
- Managing VPN and WiFi infra
- Asset management
- Endpoint management
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience
- Users/group management in Windows Active Directory
- Strong in managing audio/video conferencing/meeting rooms
- Hands on with Google workspace/Office 365
- OS and application installation on laptops/servers
- Troubleshooting Laptops
- Well versed with IT helpdesk ticketing tool
- Basic networking skills
- Managing troubleshooting servers
- Hands on with printer troubleshooting
- Experience of supporting systems with any MDM solutions
- Good Knowledge of managing Apple MacBook and iOS devices
