ABOUT THIS ROLE:
- Create amp; execute the best sourcing plan in the DR
- Screen amp; identify industry-leading talent to help us solve hard problems
- Develop induction programs that ensure our new team members get up to performance quickly
- Support on the development and iteration of HR programs, such as compensation and benefits programs
- Develop and ensure healthy work relationships and a supportive atmosphere at the workplace.
- Support on other HR related functions
- Payroll support: generate payroll from our system and ensure compliance with Dominican Social Security Authority
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in recruiting or similar position
- Advanced level of English - required
- Listening skills as well as the ability to understand people's background and motives.
- Certified HR management or any other related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and oral
- Ability to effectively solve problems and make decisions.
- Conflict Management
- Labor law knowledge
