ABOUT THIS ROLE:
- Maintain, improve and develop the optimal operations set up for the Assemble Node in Resonance Manufacturing.
- Design and implement the automation of transportation and logistical flows inside the manufacturing facility.
- Implement automated sorting systems.
- Identify improvement opportunities in productivity and cost reduction through owning the production amp; cost KPIs.
- Oversee the movement of products utilizing automated transportation mechanisms
- Manage overall factory operations.
Requirements
- Experience in operations management (5 years)
- Experience sorting and creating physical paths for different flows.
- Strong understanding of Time studies and System Optimizations based on queueing principles.
- Advanced English
- High attention to detail and installation aesthetic
- Organization amp; order comes naturally to you
- Great communication skills
- Highly analytical and data driven
- Comfortable working in a culture based on continuous improvement
- Intensely curious
- Experience managing in a fast-paced environment
