As the Document Processor Manager, you embody the One Park Financial brand both internally to your colleagues, and outwardly to the world alike. You will be expected to have a hands-on approach, capable of driving continuous improvement and maintaining high quality.
The document processing team maintains document filing systems in an organization. Their responsibilities include receiving, processing, and filing documents, including images and files. They also securely store documents and retrieve archived materials on request
As a Document Processor Manager, you are responsible for:
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
· Advanced to native English.
· Proven experience in operations management (3+ years of team management experience).
· Familiarity with CRM systems and data management processes.
· Proficiency in computer software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
