You'll be able to...
- Accountable for the overall area across all shifts
- Owns the entire area metrics, people, improvement, cross-functional engagement, etc.
- Responsible for engagement with leadership and reporting out overall health of area
- Responsible for ensuring teams' highest level of productivity in cost-efficient manner, while maintaining high quality standards and customer specifications
- Responsible for driving Environmental, Social and Economic Value improvement programs in the area
- Drives overall area improvement across the KPIs defined
- Responsible for any escalations quality, safety, health, etc
- Responsible for continuous improvement targets
- Responsible for cross functional reporting and data
- Accountability owner responsible for driving outcomes, productivity and results of the assigned team
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the production process, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow coordination.
- Monitor production output to ensure that daily targets and quality standards are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize processes, minimize downtime, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Implement best practices and innovative techniques to improve productivity and reduce waste.
- Continuously assess production processes and identify areas for improvement in terms of efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
Requirements
- Industrial Engineer or related experience
- 3 years of experience in related areas
- Experience leading multiple people
- Excellent communications and personal relationship skills
- Results driven and able to manage and solve conflicts
- Proficient with Office Suite Google, Microsoft, etc
- Comfortable working in a culture based on continuous improvement
- Experience managing in a fast-paced environment
