Job Description
Seeking an experienced B2B Compliance Manager to join our exceptional organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our company operates in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. The B2B Compliance Manager will, among other duties as assigned, work closely with various internal departments to develop necessary compliance policies and procedures, conduct audits, and assist in developing relevant training for all employees. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B U.S. compliance requirements for fulfilling all the pillars of a robust compliance management system preferred, and possess excellent regulatory knowledge; and analytical, problem-solving, and communication (oral and written) skills.
- Develop and implement comprehensive compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct periodic audits to assess compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Present regular reporting to the Compliance Committee on compliance metrics, key initiatives, audits, continuous improvement efforts, and compliance management system pillars
- Identify potential compliance risks and collaborate with the VP of Compliance to develop mitigating controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance requirements are met in all activities.
- Assist in developing compliance training modules for all employees, including written job aids and documenting procedures.
- Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues and implement corrective action.
- Assist in preparing and submitting required licensing applications and renewals, as applicable.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bilingual (English and Spanish fluency)
Bachelor’s degree in business, pre-law, or a related field
Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and best practices
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B compliance management
Experience working in an international financial institution is a plus.
Experience with U.S. compliance management system frameworks preferred.
Proven track record of developing and implementing compliance programs and policies.
Experience conducting audits, investigations, and monitoring protocols.
Familiarity with revenue-based financing (merchant cash advance) is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with complex data.
Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to successfully operate in a fast-paced environment.
Professional certifications in compliance or related fields are a plus.
Must be able to travel internationally.
