Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Client Services Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and support
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance internal and external clients' satisfaction.
• Oversee the resolution of client issues and ensure timely and effective communication
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients

Requirements

• Bilingual English/ Spanish
• Proven work experience as a Client Services Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of the financial services industry solutions is a plus
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in client services or account management
• Customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering results
