One Park Financial is a rapidly growing financial services company we are looking for an IT Infrastructure Manager that will be responsible for the hardware, software, facilities, service components, and staff that support the delivery of business systems and IT-enabled processes for the company. This person will be hands-on with the team and collaborate with the Service Desk Manager to ensure uptime and operations productivity. Demonstrated experience with the required skills of the position is necessary for hiring consideration. Responsibilities
- Staff Management Recruit, develop, and train team members.
- Vendor Management Establish strong partnerships with vendors including negotiating agreements, SLAs, and tracking renewal dates and certificate expirations.
- Networking, Server, and Physical Equipment management.
- Standards and Procedures Establish standards ensure team processes are documented and current. Enforce governance for standards and procedures that are in place.
- Strategy Research new technology opportunities and apply best practices to the acquisition, integration, and operation of hardware and software.
- Monitoring and Reporting Establish a framework that provides oversight of infrastructure systems with real time alerts.
- Identity and access management - proper use of authentication measures, authorization measures, and permission granting.
- Key member of the security operations center team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a technical manager.
- 2-3 years of AWS Cloud resource management and understanding of cost models.
- 5-7 years as a technical manager.
- 2-3 years Five 9 call center implementation experience
- Okta Identity configuration and SSO support
- O365 management (email, Teams)
- Multi-site multi-country enterprise network architecture experience including redundancy and failover.
- Ability to communicate in English.
Additional Skills and Abilities:
- WatchGuard VPN configuration experience
- Camera monitoring systems and keycard knowledge
- Box file management support
- Facilities build out experience.
- Virtual desktop technologies
- Familiar with the Freshdesk ticketing system
- Application development lifecycle knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, with a degree preferred in Computer Science or Information technology systems or a related field.
- Knowledge of Information technology infrastructure with respect to security administration and information technology governance in a multiplatform environment.
- Experience in establishing cybersecurity and risk metrics for reporting.
- A supreme knack for bringing simplicity and focus to complex and ambiguous concepts or situations.
- Understanding technical constraints and can effectively balance quality and speed
- Priority setting and effective communication with stakeholders
